The FEMtools full version combines the FEMtools Model Updating and FEMtools Optimization configurations in a complete solution for verification and validation of finite element models, updating of structural properties, and for solving general or structural design optimization problems. This integration provides the unique possibility to perform design optimization on validated and updated finite element models, an essential requirement to obtain realistic and usable optimization results.
